About Grace Foster

About PJ Ferrell

Helping her clients achieve their DFW home buying goals is Grace Foster’s priority and why she loves working in this industry. When it comes to buying a home, there are many elements that have to fall into place and numerous steps that have to be taken correctly and timely. Grace Foster is the key to a successful purchase as a true buyer’s advocate. Her clients feel comfortable and confident when working with her and it really does make a difference. A buyer should be enjoying this exciting time and should not have to deal with the stress or details of the transaction”.

Grace holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Texas A&M in Texarkana as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX. She worked in the corporate world for over 20 years earning numerous awards and accolades during her career. She successfully managed multi-million dollar projects and brings that key skill as well as a multitude of others to her individual clients.

In February 2007, Grace was awarded the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CHLMS) designation from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. According to the institute, “To earn the CLHMS designation, an agent must successfully list and/or sell luxury properties in the top 10% of his or her market area (as defined by the area's sales prices in the most recent 12 months). Homes that are priced below $500,000 will not be considered for the designation, even if the top 10% of that particular market is below the $500,000 minimum.” This certifies Grace as a well-trained professional who has special upper-tier experience and has successfully proven her expertise in the luxury home and estate marketplace. At the same time, she was one of the first in this area to receive the prestigious designation, Golden Guild Level which is awarded to Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists (CLHMS) whose documented performance includes at least two single family property closings at $1,000,000 or above will be recognized as members of the prestigious Million Dollar Guild. She is also a member of national, state and local Realtor Boards.

PJ has earned the ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NAR (Association of REALTORS®) who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. PJ also received an additional real estate certification known as the e-PRO® which is NAR's online training program to certify real estate professionals as Internet Professionals. Comprehensive and interactive, e-PRO® is the only certification program of its kind recognized nationwide and owned by the NAR. The e-PRO® Certification is a complete training program on communicating effectively with the online consumer and getting the most out of working with clients online. She is a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing having completed the stringent training required for membership and is also a member of national, state and local Realtor boards.

PJ was raised in Idaho and hails from the same home town as the famous writer, Earnest Hemingway. She holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the College of Southern Idaho. After college, she worked in the corporate world gaining extensive experience that benefits and compliments her current real estate career. PJ began her career in the real estate industry in Oklahoma over 20 years ago and then after a move to Texas, she spent about 15 years volunteering in various community and school organizations while her children were in school. After another stint in the corporate world, in 2000 she returned to what she truly loves, the real estate industry. Having lived in northeast Tarrant County since moving to Texas, she has extensive knowledge of the DFW area and therefore has a wealth of knowledge of the entire area. This combined with her education, corporate experience, industry experience, along with volunteer experience makes PJ one of the most respected and sought after agents in the area.
